Sales Representative
We’re hiring for one sales role right now. This is a good fit for someone who can prospect, follow up, build relationships, and sell custom apparel without sounding like a robot.
Sales Representative
You’ll help bring in new accounts — brands, businesses, teams, events, and organizations that need screen printing, embroidery, online stores, fulfillment, or ongoing merch support.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and bring in new accounts that need custom apparel, merch, or fulfillment
- Build relationships from first contact through repeat orders
- Get quotes out quickly, follow up consistently, and close deals
- Work with production so orders are set up correctly from the start
- Spot opportunities for web stores, fulfillment, restocks, and ongoing programs
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience and confidence reaching out to new people
- Self-starter who does not need to be babysat
- Clear, responsive, professional communication with clients
- Print, apparel, promo, or merch experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with quoting, follow-up, and managing a pipeline
- Local to San Antonio / Helotes or able to work from our facility
Base salary + commission structure. Earnings are tied directly to performance. Strong closers can do well here. Details discussed during the interview.
