Custom Printed Materials is a screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment shop in San Antonio. We print for brands, teams, businesses, and events that care how the finished product actually turns out.

Our story
It started because we needed shirts and ran out of time.
Like most print shops, CPM began with a deadline. We were headed to a triathlon and needed group shirts with no time to get them printed. So we bought a vinyl cutter and an iron and made them ourselves.
That turned into a press. The press turned into a shop. Today we run 10,000 square feet in San Antonio with a full production team, an eight-head embroidery department, and a fulfillment operation that stores, packs, and ships merch for our clients year-round.
What hasn't changed is who we're good for. We work best with brands, athletes, and businesses launching real merch programs — people who care about the blank, the ink, and how the thing feels when it shows up.

How we work
We're upfront about the fit.
We're not the cheapest printer in San Antonio, and we'd rather tell you that now than after a quote. What we offer instead is real guidance before production, decoration methods most shops don't run, and somewhere to keep your merch once it's printed.

Decoration beyond the basics
Puff ink, high density, discharge, glitter, foil, 3D puff embroidery, applique, and leather patches. If you've seen it on a retail tag, we can probably run it.

Cheap merch storage
Print a run, leave it with us, and we'll store, pack, and ship it as orders come in — for less than it costs you to hold inventory yourself.
