First filter layer — antiviral shield
A 65/35 woven polyester-cotton blend treated with HeiQ Viroblock NPJ03 — a clinically tested antiviral and antimicrobial technology. Textiles treated with HeiQ Viroblock actively inhibit viruses and kill bacteria on contact, minimizing re-transmission from the mask surface.

Second filter layer — nano PTFE membrane
A next-generation Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nano fiber membrane that physically blocks bacteria and fine particles — while still allowing air to pass through comfortably. The nano fibers are smaller than viruses, PM2.5 particles, pollen, and hair.
